Dave with JDK is my most trusted contractor. I know that he will give me a an amazing product for what I am looking for while providing a fair estimate and high quality of service. Being an architectural designer I have dozens of choices when selecting the right person for my home, but I chose JDK. I got to work with Dave to come up with solutions and saw that his knowledge and level of craft with our home that was built in the 1920’s. It was a team and learning experience!

We had a small project and Dave gave it 110% of his care and attention. He even went above and beyond and gave us an additional gift that we get to enjoy everyday with our dogs in the backyard. JDK is committed, integrous, and solid.

JDK (Dave + John) installed my new air conditioner in my apartment. Dave purchased the new unit for me and delivered it with his truck. They had to remove (cut out) the previous unit sleeve, and enlarge the aperture, as the new unit was a larger size. Which involved cutting through the inside plasterboard and outside stucco. They showed up at the arranged time, and in a few hours the job was done. The surround was painted, and the debris cleaned up. Dave came back the next day to give a final coat of paint to the trim. All completed AOK. Straightforward, forthright, honest and direct, you know where you stand with Dave. Honest, keeps his word, and his estimated cost is in the ballpark. Highly recommended.

Over the past couple of years JDK has completely refurbished the interior of my home, which included the remodeling of one of the bathrooms.
